After over indulging at the weekend (it was a girls weekend what can i say?) I have kicked my clean eating up a notch this week.
I made this smoothie for breakfast this morning and it turned out a lot nicer than i expected so thought i would share! Any excuse to squeeze in those leafy greens that are SO good for you.
I don't measure when i make smoothies so use as much or as little as you'd like!
1/2 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1/3 Cup of almond milk (or any other milk you enjoy)
1 Banana
1-2 Cups of kale (and/or spinach)
Wiz together and enjoy!!
