Valentine mocktails!

Mum and I decided to get into the spirit of valentines and create some fruity mocktails for our girls night!

We had so much fun tasting all of our different concoctions and enjoyed sipping our creations over dinner!

I thought I'd share since they turned out so good. Adjust the amount of each ingredient according to the glassware you use. These are only rough measurements!!

1. Sparkling pomegranate & apple mojito
1/3 cup of pomegranate juice
1/4 cup of apple juice
1/3 cup of lemonade
handful of frozen raspberries
few mint leaves
some ice

2. Pink grape bubbly
Cut a lime in half and rub it around the rim of your glass
Dip the rim in some sugar (we used THIS pink sugar sand to make it extra valentinesy!) and refrigerate for 10/15 minutes until the sugar hardens
Fill your champagne glass with white grape Sholer until its almost full, then add a dash of pomegranate juice to tint

3. Pom-berry & lime punch
Sugar the rim as above then fill the glass to the top with ice.
4 tbsp pomegranate juice
4 tbsp cranberry juice
4 tbsp orange juice
Juice from half a lime

4. Redberry & mint daiquiri
5 fresh strawberries
1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
1/3 cup of apple juice
small handful of mint leaves
Ice
Put all of the above into a blender and whizz up until smooth

5. Orange-berry margarita
Sugar the rim as above and chill
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/3 cup of fresh raspberries
Ice
Whizz up in blender as above then strain to separate the seeds & froth

Even though they were all equally delicious, our favourite was definitely the redberry daiquiri! Try them all out and surprise your significant other with some fancy mocktails to go along with any romantic plans you may have for saturday!!

Enjoy! x
