Who else is addicted to Zara right now? I can't go in there without leaving with something and my bank balance is not thanking me for it. Although my A/W wardrobe is growing nicely which i'm not mad about. If there is a Zara anonymous group that you know of then send the details my way and come join me if you're also suffering in the self-control-when-shopping department.
This is my first outfit post of the season (i have so much more in store that i can't wait to share!) so of course i had to get some gorgeous orange leaves as my back drop. Our street is lined with trees on both sides and the first thing i thought when we went to view our new apartment is how pretty it was gong to look in the Autumn. I love the colours around this time of year but my favourite by far is deep berry tones, so when i spotted this pencil skirt the other week i knew i had to have it (and its an absolute barg!). I matched it with a plain black tee from the Warehouse Definitives collection which is perfect for layering and will more than likely be on repeat over the next few months. I love the long sleeves as you can still get away with not wearing a jacket (just about- it was getting nippy whilst shooting this outfit!) and it has a really cool sheer panel around the bottom which is tucked into the skirt. Definitely a classic but with a bit more detail than a plain black, long sleeved shirt.
So welcome Autumn... Can't wait to dress up for you!
